Counselling:

I utilise an integrative, pluralistic approach to counselling . This combines a variety of styles including Person Centred, Cognative Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapeutic and Behaviourist. Counselling can be used safely alongside other medical treatments and can be a great journey for self-exploration.

ABOUT ME

As a working mum of two boys, I understand many of the pressures life can throw, and recognise the importance of taking time out to look after yourself.

Mental health and well-being is my passion, and as such I listen to my clients very carefully to ensure that each one receives a bespoke package, based on their unique requirements and circumstances.

I have been practicing Hypnotherapy for three years, and Counselling for two, providing services for Halton Carers Centre and Transforming Lives Company (TLC).

I am a member of both the National Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling Society.
